ATTREZZATURA MINIMA NECESSARIA
ATTENZIONE
Evitare nel modo più assoluto di dare corso al montaggio senza avere a
disposizione l'attrezzatura necessaria. Il procedere con attrezzi di fortuna
può, oltreché danneggiare irreparabilmente l'apparecchiatura, risultare
pericoloso per l'incolumità generale.
AVVERTENZA
Prima di iniziare le operazioni di montaggio è bene accertarsi di disporre
di una serie di attrezzi, di seguito elencati, quale attrezzatura minima
necessaria:

Serie chiavi polifisse ed esagonali
•
Apparecchio di sollevamento e cime qualora il Vang superi i 15 kg

di peso.

DESCRIZIONE DELL'APPARECCHIATURA
PERICOLO DI FOLGORAZIONE
Il vang idraulico Bamar è un sistema dall'utilizzo facile ed affidabile.
I cilindri per vang a semplice effetto sono dotati di rilascio dell'asta a
pressione. Tale pressione è caricata con la valvola "pneumatica" posta sul
corpo del cilindro all'estremità opposta dell'asta, vicino all'attacco del vang
lato boma. La pressione del gas deve essere regolata in funzione della

velocità di rilascio desiderata e della spinta necessaria per contrastare
il peso del boma. La pressione del gas è caricata a 35 bar (507 PSI).
AVVERTENZA
Si raccomanda di non superare i 50 BAR (725 PSI) di pressione, nel
caso in cui si rendessero necessarie ricariche future.

Sicurezza, poiché il vang può essere manovrato dal pozzetto.

Sicurezza grazie al gas compresso che funge da ammortizzatore.

Packaging dimensions and weight
Packaging weight and dimensions vary depending on box content.
The goods are shipped at the receiver's own risk. The purchaser will
have to check the goods carefully and should claim from the carrier in
the due terms.

Avoid starting to assemble the equipment without the required tools.
Proceeding with the wrong tools may not only irremediably damage the
system, but also be dangerous for general safety.
Before starting to assemble the device, make sure you have the following

Bamar hydraulic vang is safe and easy to use.
Vang single acting cylinders are equipped with a pressure rod release.
Pressure is charged through a "pneumatic" pump located on the cylinder
body, near to the boom-side vang terminal.
Gas pressure should be adjusted depending both on the release speed
you wish, and on the thrust needed to contrast the weight of the boom.
Gas pressure is factory charged at 35 bar (507 PSI).
We recommend not to exceed 50 BAR (725 PSI) of pressure, should you
need to re-charge the vang with gas in the future.
