3 CONDITIONS   F OR   P LACING   O RDERS   A ND   P AYMENT

GENERAL  
 
• Payment   s hould   b e   p rocessed   i n   f ull.   I t   i s   t he   r esponsibility   o f   t he   c lient   t o   n otify   C ustom  
Spa   Cover   of   any   special   request   regarding   shipping.   Unless   we   have   received   other  
instructions,   the   package   will   be   left   in   the   backyard   of   the   house.   Shipping   is   usually  
done   d uring   t he   w eek   b etween   9 am   a nd   5 pm.   N o   s ignature   i s   r equired.  
• The   c lient   m ust   c heck   a ccuracy   o f   o rder   a nd   r eport   e rrors   a s   s oon   a s   p ossible.  
• Once   t he   o rder   h as   b een   t reated,   i t   w on't   b e   p ossible   t o   m ake   a ny   m odifications.     I f   w e  
are   a ble   t o   i ntercept   t he   o rder,   a dditional   c harges   w ill   b e   a pplicable.  
• The   c lient   w ill   r eceive   a   t racking   n umber   b y   e mail   w hich   w ill   a llow   h im/her   t o   v erify   t he  
date   a nd   t ime   o f   d elivery.

• Order   i s   p aid   i n   f ull   v ia   P aypal   p ayment   s ervice.  
• The   c over   p roceeds   t o   t he   p roduction   s tage,   a s   p er   c lient   s pecifications.  
• The   client   will   receive   an   email   confirming   receipt   of   payment   and   indicating   that   the  
cover   i s   i n   p roduction.  
• The   client   will   receive   an   email   to   confirm   the   tracking   number   and   the   name   of   the  
company   d oing   t he   s hipping.

OPTION   2  
 
• Order   i s   p aid   i n   f ull   v ia   P aypal   p ayment   s ervice.  
• Specifications   of   the   spa   cover   are   sent   to   Custom   Spa   Cover.   Specifications   are  
confirmed   b y   t he   c lient   b efore   p roceeding   t o   p roduction.  
• Confirmation   o f   s pecifications   m ay   b e   d one   b y   e mail   o r   b y   p hone.  
• The   client   will   receive   an   email   confirming   receipt   of   payment   and   indicating   that   the  
cover   i s   i n   p roduction.  
• The   client   will   receive   an   email   to   confirm   the   tracking   number   and   the   name   of   the  
company   d oing   t he   s hipping.

OPTION   3  
 
• Order   i s   p rocessed   a s   a   q uote.   N o   p ayment   i s   p rocessed.  
• A   r epresentative   f rom   C ustom   S pa   C over   w ill   c ontact   t he   c lient   b y   e mail   o r   b y   p hone   t o  
verify   a nd/or   c larify   t he   o rder   a nd   t o   g ive   t he   p rice   a nd   d etailed   q uotation.     T he   q uote   i s  
only   v alid   f or   a   p eriod   o f   o ne   m onth.
