Material Specification

Excelsior is supplied with a ten year

conditional warranty.

The inner is manufactured from high

grade 316L stainless steel with a

nominal thickness of 0.5mm and the

outer case is manufactured from 304

grade stainless steel. The 25mm cavity

is insulated with mineral wool.

Construction

Manufactured to exacting standards

under a Quality Management System

accredited to European Standard ISO

9001:2008.

The components are of twin wall

construction with a male spigot coupler

and a female socket coupler to provide

simple and rapid installation.

Excelsior is designed to be installed

with the spigot end facing upwards, the

socket end facing downwards.

The components twist lock together and

finally secured using a locking band.

Excelsior is available in 125mm, 150mm,

180mm and 200mm internal diameter.

A wide range of components including

lengths, elbows, tees, adaptors, terminals,

flashings and fittings are available to

offer a complete chimney system that

complements any residential or

commercial installation. Matt black

option is also available

Approval

Manufactured and approved to European

Standard EN 1856-1 with designation

T450 N1 D V2 L50050 G50.

Excelsior is also CE Approved ensuring it

meets European Union safety, health and

environmental requirements.
