Fitting the mat and installing the springs

Lay the mat ﬂat inside the frame. Make sure the logo is facing upwards. In order to

make the installation of the jumping mat easier, locate the four rings in the corners

of the jumping mat and attach four springs on these locations ﬁrst. Pass the springs

through the spring loops on the corners underside of the jumping mat.

Continue by attaching springs from the corners to the middle of the jumping mat

until all springs are attached.

At ﬁrst, it may look like the mat won't ﬁt,

it will however stretch to the correct size

when you ﬁnish attaching all springs.

Attach springs simultaneously on both

sides of the frame (one person at each

side).

Important: Be sure all spring

hooks are well attached to the

frame.

Important: Be sure that you hook

the corner spring trough the loop

in the corner. It will keep the

corners of the mat in place.

Attaching the PVC retaining panels

The next step is screwing the PVC retaining wall panels to the frame. You will need the cross-

head screwdriver or a battery drill with 7 mm cap and gloves. Take one panel and place it against

the outside of the frame. You will ﬁnd eight holes in the frame and eight holes in the wall panel.

Insert and tighten the eight screws to attach the panel tightly to the frame. Repeat with all

remaining panels.

Important:

All PVC panels are labeled and

should be attached to the right

place of the frame. Shorter PVC panels

(B - 6 pcs) are for corners and short frame

sides longer panels (A - 4 pcs) are for the

long sides of the trampoline.
