REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS PANEL ACQUABELLA
It is possible to repair the colour of an AKRON panel of Acquabella if for some reason its surface had been damaged by improper use.
In these cases you can request a repair kit that should be required specifying correct texture and colour of the panel to repair . The kit
includes two components, A and B. Procedure to repair a panel:
1.
Clean the surface of the panel very well. Use industrial alcohol or acetone diluted in water with a lint-free cloth. .
2.
The surface must be completely clean and dry
3.
Secure with masking tape or similar susceptible areas (tiles , screens , etc.)
4.
Open the can and the bottle.
5.
Put the coloured lacquer and catalyst on a small painter plastic bucket and mix .
6.
Use a little roller to paint 8 or 10 cm. good quality ,doing long strokes and always in the same direction , repeating if necessary. It
is important not release lint remains,
7.
Depending on the state of the area to restore , you may need to apply several hands of painting. Allow to dry between them at
least 40 minutes before applying the next coat

Finally let dry 48 hours before removing the masking tape protection.

Transporting the panel only inside the package , and avoid excessive loads. Do not support on an upright position.

During installation of the panel should protect the surfaces of the shower tray, tiles, wall tiles.

Avoid any kind of dirt, soiling specifically work rests.

The walls where the replacement panel sits must be clean, dry and free from grease.
8.
In order to ensure proper installation phases of work shall be done within the working times.

4. ANWEISUNGEN FÜR DIE REPARATUR DER WANDVERKLEIDUNG
Im Schadensfall haben sie die Möglichkeit die Oberflächeunserer Wandverkleidung AKRON auszubessern. Bitten geben sie in diesem
Fall die Oberfläche, sowie die Farbe der Duschtasse an. Hierfür bieten wir ein Reparaturset an, bestehend aus zwei Komponenten A
und B. Vorgehensweise:
1.
Grundreinigung der Oberfläche unter Verwendung eines sauberen Lappen mit Brennspiritus oder verdünnte
2.
Die Oberfläche der Wandverkleidung muss sauber und trocken sein.
3.
Angrenzende Wand und Bodenflächen sind anzukleben
4.
Behälter öffnen.
5.
Die vorgesehene Menge der beide komponenten A und B 1:1 vermischen.
6.
Verwenden sie bitte nur Schaumrollen, fusselfrei. Breite ca 8-10 cm. Lange gleichmäßige streichbewegungungen in eine
Richtung mehrfach wiederholen.
7.
Je nach Schädigung der Oberfläche sollte der Streichvorgang im Abstand von 40 Minuten Trockenzeit wiederholt werden.
8.
Aushärtung zur vollständigen Nutzung: 48 Stunden
Bitte verwenden sie zu ihrer Sicherheit einen Mundschutz sowie Schutzhandschuhe und Schutzbrille.

Transportieren Sie die Wandverwindung nur innerhalb von der Verpackung und vermeiden sie unnötige Verladungen. Lehnen Sie
die NICHTauf geneigter Lage an.
2.
Construplas S.L.U. übernimmt die Verantwortung für die ungeeignete Lagerung oder Transport nicht.
3.
Die Anlage muss nur beim SPEZIALIZERTES und AUTHORIZIERTES Personal durchgeführt wird
4.
Überprüfen Sie die Wandverkleidung bevor der Anlage.
5.
Während der Anlage von der Wandverkleidung müssen Sie immer die Duschtasse Fliesen und Wände schützen.
6.
Vermeiden Sie die Schmutzigkeit, am meistens wegen Bauwerk.
7.
Die Wände vorauf die Wandverkleidung stellt muss sauber, trocken und fettlos bleiben.
8.
Zur guten Anlage, müssen Sie die Arbeitsgänge achten.
