Warranty provision conditions:

1. Warranty repair of the Appliance shall be carried out upon the presentation of the properly

filled warranty certificate.

2. Delivery of equipment to the service center for carrying out warranty repair of the same is to

be performed by the client at its own expense if the other is not provided in the additional written

agreements.

3. Warranty clause provisions do not apply to materials and parts that are considered as the

consumables, which are to be used in the process of the Appliance operation.

Warranty obligations termination terms:

Warrantee obligations may be terminated in the following cases:

1. Mismatch of serial number provided for carrying out warranty service of the Appliance with

the serial number stated in the warranty certificate and/or other written agreements.

2. Availability of evident and hidden mechanical damages of the equipment caused by violation

of transportation, storage or operation rules.

3. Mismatch with respect to the terms and conditions applicable to this type of equipment,

which was revealed in the process of Appliance repair.

4. Damage of control labels and seals (if any).

5. Presence of any foreign objects, regardless of their nature, inside the Appliance enclosure if

such possibility is not stipulated in the technical documentation and operation manual.

6. Equipment failure caused by the action of force-majeure circumstances and/or acts of the

third parties.
