Warranty

Every new Astonic e-bike comes with a factory warranty to the original purchaser.

Astonic provides a 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects that result in

failure of the battery, motor, controller or display. This guarantee is only valid for the

first purchaser! Any changes to the Astonic e-bike are not covered by this warranty!

Damage caused by stunt riding or other mishandling is not covered by this warranty!

Make sure you have carefully read the general terms and conditions and extended

warranty conditions, for this we refer you to our website. Also, we can provide you

with them at request .
