Your IX Leaf Canister is covered by a limited five year warranty against defects in materials or manufacture. The
outer case, lid and lock ring are covered for a period of five years from date of purchase plus 30 days to allow for
installation.
The basket is a consumable item and is covered for a period of 30 days. Regular cleaning will ensure a longer
life.
In field labour warranty applies only within capital city metropolitan areas or within 20 kilometers of an authorised
Hurlcon service agent. Should you reside outside these locations, a traveling charge may be applied. Should the
gauge or cartridge element fail, it must be returned to Hurlcon freight pre paid for repair or replacement at our
option.
Hurlcon shall not be responsible for consequential damages of any kind. This warranty does not cover damage
caused by accident or misuse. The warranty is only valid when the filter is used on swimming pool and spa pool
applications only. No person is authorised to make representations on behalf of Hurlcon.
Commercial Installations
On Commercial Installations, such as health clubs, motels/hotels and hydrotherapy, parts and in field labour
warranty (within capital city metropolitan areas or 20km radius of authorised service agents) is 12 months from the
date of purchase plus 30 days. The cartridge element is warranted for 30 days.
