8. Warranty

1) Thank you for purchasing Black Bear hoists/trolleys.

2) All of Black Bear hoists are manufactured under strict quality control and inspection. We assure

quality hoists with reliable customer service.

3) Please contact us or our local distributor immediately if you find problems/defects in our

hoists.

4) Free After-sales service is provided for 1 year after the purchase.

(Even within the warranty period, some services are charged at additional cost.)

※ Following After-sales service are charged at additional cost

(even within the free After-sales service period):

- Parts replacements due to wear & tear, and abrasion

- Problems (breaking of the hoist) due to users' mishap or negligence

- Problems (breaking of the hoist) due to natural disasters

- Problems due to voluntary repair/remodeling of the hoist by the user or anybody else other

than Daekyung Co., Ltd. or service points appointed by Daekyung Co. ltd.

- Problems due to use of the hoist in other special/particular environments or working areas
