port to the shoulders – but without applying

pressure on the shoulders.

4. Overall check

The lower surface of the speedbag should

be horizontal. If this is not the case change

your own centre of gravity position on the

harness by adjusting upper and lower

speed bag lines equally. It's best to have an

observer check this speedbag angle. The

front edge of the harness seat shell should

not press into the backs of your knees.
