4-3. CLEANING
WARNING-UNPLUG MACHINE BEFORE CLEANING OR SERVICING
• Alter each day's use , clean the conveyor, flour pan and surface thoroughly
with hot water and a mild soap solution and rinse with either a mild soda or
vinegar solution. Rinse thoroughly with a clean damp cloth.
• Clean under machine occasionally.
