Operation

1. Before the ignition of the oven, remove the protective film and all polyfoam inside the chamber.

2. Turn on the main switch to position "1".

3. Turn upper and lower thermo-control desired temperature. Power indicator lights up when the heating

element works. The light turns off if the desired temperature is reached. The heating element is

automatically switched on if the chamber temperature is lower than the desired setting temperature. At the

same time the indication light turns on if the heating element is working again.

4. Check the chamber temperature by thermometer for EPZ-4/6/8/12 series. For EPZ-218, it is a timer for

cooking purposes.

5. Check on the Pizza or food by turning on the chamber light.

6. In the left hand side of the door, push staff ball to close the exhaust window or pull staff ball to open exhaust

window for different cooking purposes.

7. To switch off the oven, turn the main switch to position "0".

Maintenance

Before executing any kind of maintenance, including cleaning, you must disconnect the oven electrically and wait

for the complete cooling.

In the case of malfunction or damage to the oven, you must apply for authorized assistance, from the

manufacturer or authorized dealer.

Cleaning – The cleaning must be done every time the oven has been used following all the rules to prevent

malfunctioning of the oven and for hygienic purposes. Using a suitable spatula and soft metal brush, remove the

cooking residues from the fire stone, which should then be removed with an aspirator.

Possible solution

1.Check if electrical wiring is correctly connected.

2 Set the upper and bottom thermocontrol to the desired temperature.

3 Correct input voltage or phase.

4 Call authorized dealer with other problems.

Stop using the oven and call authorized dealer for service.

Turn on the chamber or call authorized dealer to replace bulb.

Call authorized dealer to check electrical circuit.

Re-et upper and bottom thermocontrol.

Or call authorized dealer to check whether the heating element is burnt and replace

it.
