1. Follow the steps in the Accessing Service Mode sections.
2. Advance through the menu until OC: #### is visible
(#### = current option code).
3. Press (+) or (-) to enter editing mode; option code will blink
when editable.
4. Press (+) or (-) to cycle through the available option codes for
the 500 series ovens.
5. Press Clock when the correct option code is displayed; the
code will be saved when exiting Service mode.
Always confirm that the oven and all components are functioning
normally after setting the option code.

7.2.4 Displaying Error Memory

1. Follow the steps in the Accessing Service Mode sections.
2. Advance through the menu until Er: is visible
3. Press (+) or (-) to access the error memory.
If no errors are logged, nonE will be visible.
Errors are displayed in numeric order; the error code (Exxx)
will appear on the left and the error count will appear on the
right of the display. (Example: E206: 003 indicates that error
code 0206 has been logged three times.)
4. Press (+) or (-) to cycle through the error memory.
5. Press Clock to return to the menu screen.

7.2.5 Testing Relays

Refer to the tables in the Accessing Service Mode section for a list of
relay test menu codes.

7.2.6 Testing Front Panel

The Front Panel Test will confirm that all control inputs are connected
and operating. Both encoder switches and the touch control module
(TCM) are tested.

1. Follow the steps in the Accessing Service Mode sections.
2. Advance through the menu until the desired relay test is
visible; Rx: will appear in the display.
The initial displayed state will reflect the current state of the
relay. (Example: R1: 2 should be in the initial display when
selecting the Door Lock Relay Test, indicating the relay is
closed.)
3. Press (+) or (-) to change the state of the relay.
4. Press Clock to return to the menu screen.

3. Press each key and rotate each knob at least one detent.
When a key is pressed, its identifier will be displayed to the left
of the colon and total input count will be displayed to the right;
encoder switches are identified as S1 (mode) and S2 (temp).
4. When all inputs are detected, the control will reset and enter
normal operating mode.
To exit the test, it must either be successfully completed or the
power must be reset.
