10. TROUBLESHOOTING

10.1 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Fault
Will not charge.
Runs but does
not inflate.
Runs slowly.
Possible Causes
1a. Poor connection between
plug and 230V socket.
1b. Poor connection between
plug and 12V DC socket.
2.
Power supply fuse blown.
1.
Poor connection onto the
valve.
2.
Air escaping.
1.
Overheating.
2.
Voltage too low.
Remedy
1a. Check connection.
1b. Check connection.
2.
Check cigarette lighter power
supply fuse.
1.
Ensure the adaptor is pushed
firmly onto the valve before
locking into place.
2a. Check the item for leaks.
2b. Ensure hose has no breaks or
leaks at the fitting.
1.
Unplug from power supply and
leave to cool for approx.
30minutes.
2.
Check condition of battery.
