PREPARING THE GRINDER

NOTE: Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out

adjustment, servicing or maintenance.

FITTING TOOL REST - FIGS. 1 - 3

Attach the left hand tool rest

washers

and fixing nut

Now adjust the tool rests so there is approximately a 1.5mm

") gap between the surface of the grinding wheels and

the tool rests, fixing nut

NOTE: Ensure the tool rest sits over the guard securing bolt.

Take bolt

and insert through tool rest bracket and tool

rest

location holes.

Fix the tool rest using washer

using the bolt

and nut

(Fig.3).
