Explanation
The switch finishes system booting and the

Blinking
The switch is starting up (booting)

The device is connected at 1000Mbps.
On (Amber)
The device is connected at 10/100Mbps.

The port is sending or receiving data.

Description
Port 1 to Port 24 are standard RJ-45 Ethernet
ports supporting Gigabit speed.
Port 25 to Port 28 are used either as Fibre
ports or RJ-45 ports. If you use, for example,
Port 25 as RJ-45, you cannot use the
corresponding SFP Port 25 and vice-versa.
