Using The Brush
CAUTION!
Do not apply hair spray or other
inflammable chemicals to your hair or skin.
CAUTION!
Hold the brush by the handle. Keep a
safe distance between the appliance, and your
skin and eyes.
CAUTION!
Do not leave your hair in the brush
for extended periods of time to avoid injury or
damage.
WARNING!
DO NOT use the appliance on
artificial hair. It is only intended for dry, natural
hair.

Always ensure that your hair is clean, dry
and combed through before using the Ionic
Straightening Brush.

Take a section of dry hair and run the
brush from the roots to the ends in a
slow downward motion. Make sure the
sectioned hair penetrates into the bristles
of the brush.
Tip:
Brushing at a slow pace will ensure the
correct amount of heat is absorbed throughout
the section making it easier to straighten.
Tip:
Take sections that feel comfortable to
manage. Do not take sections that are too large,
as the heat will not distribute evenly throughout
the hair.

Don't be afraid to run the brush close to
the scalp. The nylon tips are heat resistant
and will protect the scalp.
Styling Hair
We recommend paying attention to the following
areas of your hair:
Roots: This is where volume is added or
reduced depending on hair type. To add volume
at the roots, place the brush at a 90-degree
angle from the roots, and brush up and away
from the scalp. To decrease volume, brush hair
down and close to the scalp.
Mid-strand: This is where hair texture is the
most resistant, especially on course, curly hair.
If too much resistant texture is encountered, we
recommend multiple passes only to that area of
hair or setting the temperature slightly higher.
Ends: This is where hair tends to be the most
sensitive to heat. We recommend fewer passes
and if needed selecting a lower heat.
Turning Off The Brush

As a safety measure, please ensure that the
straightening brush is turned off correctly.
•
After you are done styling your hair, press
and hold the power button until the display
turns off, and then unplug the appliance.
The indicator light will go off once the
appliance has been powered off.

Allow the brush to cool completely before
storing.
Auto Shut Off
The appliance will automatically shut off 15
minutes after a temperature has been selected.
To use the brush again, please turn it on and
follow the steps above.
