Corrective Action
Water level should be between
the Min and Max marks
Empty and clean the drip tray
Switch off, unplug and contact
customer services
Clean surfaces to remove any
debris.
Lightly press coffee into the
coffee basket using tamper.
Use fresh coffee stored in a
sealed container in a cool dry
location.
Rinse out appliance with clean
water using the "Before first use"
instructions.
Check the plug connection in the
power outlet. Confirm the outlet
has a power supply using a
different appliance.
Check that the steam ready indi-
cator (green light) is illuminated
before using the steam wand.
Use a tall, narrow container and
froth smaller volumes of milk.
Use whole fat or semi-skimmed
milk.
Descale and clean the appliance
especially in hard water areas
with high mineral deposits in the
water supply
