STEPS TO ACTIVATE (continued):
After the connection is complete, go to Menu > Help > Account & System Info > System Information

. On the 6th line down, you will see an update "TiVo Service account status: 3: Account in Good
Standing."
Restart the TiVo device. Pull the power from the back of the TiVo device, wait 10 seconds, and plug

the power back in.
When the TiVo device powers back up again, call Atlantic Broadband's automated activation line

at 1-855-371-1548* and follow the prompts to complete the activation.
Now you can proceed to the next step.
