Troubleshooting

Cannot connect device to

the dock

• Make sure your Sound Dock 1 0

system is connected to AC power.

• Make sure the Bose 8/uetooth dock

is in discoverable mode (8/uetooth

light is flashing). If not, press and

hold the 8/uetooth button on the

dock until the 8/uetooth light starts

flashing.

• Make sure the 8/uetooth feature is

turned on in your device. For details,

refer to the owner's guide for your

device.

• Move your device closer to the

Sound Dock 10 system.

• Go to http://owners.Bose.com on

the Internet

• No sound

·Make sure the Sound Dock 10

system and your device are turned

on.

• Make sure you have a 8/uetooth

connection (8/uetooth light is on).

• Move your device closer to the

Sound Dock 10 system.

• Turn up the device volume as high

as possible.

·Turn up the Sound Dock 10 system

volume.
