BS plug wiring instruction: (for shipment with BS plug only)
Should it be necessary to change the plug, please note the wires in the mains lead are
accordance with the following code:
BROWN=LIVE GREEN AND YELLOW=EARTH BLUE=NEUTRAL
As the colors of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with
the colored markings identifying the terminals in your plug processed as following:
1. The BLUE wire is the NEUTRAL and must be connected to the terminal, which is
marked with the letter N or colored BLACK.
2. The BROWN wire is the LIVE and must be connected to the terminal which is
marked with letter L or colored RED.
3. The GREEN/YELLOW is the EARTH and must be connected to the terminal
which is marked with letter E or colored GREEN or GREEN/YELLOW.
4. Always ensure that the cord grip is positioned and fastened correctly. If a 13A(BS
1362)fused plug is used it must be fitted with 13A fuse. If in doubt consult a
qualified electrician.
Wiring for a 13Amp plug (BS 1362)
The "timer on" feature is
activated.
Evaporator sensor fault.
Room temperature sensor
fault.
Overheating protection fault.
Water tank is full.
This is normal. Push the Power
button to turn the unit on and
deactivate the "timer on" feature.
