Check that all phases are present
Check that the correct mains voltage is present
Check the fan set-up surface. Place the device on a solid and
level surface.
Check the screws, especially the space between fan unit and
tube frame.
Tighten the screws if necessary.
Check the fan blades for dirt and clean them, if necessary.
Any imbalance at the fan blades. Contact the dealer where you
purchased the fan.
