Trouble Shooting

Problem

Alarm is not functioning

Control box is not functioning

Control box lights is not

functioning when charging

Suction foot is not functioning

Possible Issue

The USB is not connected to the power interface.

Alarm is damaged.

Low power in battery.

Battery is damaged.

Loose connectoin.

System is in sleep mode.

Not the above and still not working.

Damaged suction foot.

Poor seal due to uneven/cracked surface.

Lost ﬂiter.

Damage to hose.

Solution

Please check USB connection

and power source.

Contact customer service.

Fully charge and retry.

Contact customer service.

Check wires are connected properly.

Use as normal.

Contact customer service.

Move system.

Replace ﬁlter.

Replace Hose.
