Playing the Recording
The extension users can play the recording from their IP phones directly.
1.
Press the specific programmable button or Rec/Play button or function code #42 to active the
function.

Enter the password and then press the # button. (The default password is blank. You don't need to
enter any password.)
Follow the system prompts: press 1 to retrieve the new recording or press 2 to search the old

recording by entering the date and time. Please follow the following procedure to help you listen to
the recording.
During the system prompts, you can press the ﹡button to go back to the previous menu. When

listening to the recording, you can press 0 to skip the time announcement in the beginning.
Voice Mail Notification
If the Voice Mail Notification is enabled, the system will play the voice prompts asking if you want to
transfer the recording to the assigned e-mail address after you play the recording. If the Voice Mail
Notification is not enabled, the system will not play the voice prompts.
