Inspect fork or carrier hook
clearance
NOTE: Use go/no-go Wear Gauge Part No.
209560 (Class II) or 209561 (Class III).
Inspect the fork or carrier lower hooks. If the
gauge fits between the lower hook and frame,
repair or replacement is needed.

Sideshifters–Position forks
Remove hairpin cotter and clevis pin from frame.
Position forks to required position. Reinstall clevis
pin to fully engage top hole in fork. Install hairpin
cotter.
