Press "Pressure" key repeatedly to change between 6 pressure levels. Cooking pressure

can be adjusted for all menu selections, except for "Slow Cook", "Sauté", "yogurt" and

"Warm".

However, from time to time you may see a small steam coming out of the pressure

release valve along with occasional sputtering. This is perfectly normal.
