Components required:
Roof Beam - 70x35x850.C (4 required)
Roof Beam - 70x35x850.CM (4 required)
Roof Beam - 86x43x2165.D (4 required)
70mm Screws (32 required)
95mm Screws (12 required)
Fix the remaining roof supports
and braces.
Start by fixing the roof beam
86x43x2165.D to the main support
posts and the centre of the roof frame
using 95mm screws. Repeat this process
in all four corners. (Details C & D).
Next fix roof beams 70x35x850.C and
70x35x850.CM in the positions shown
(total 8 places), using 70mm screws.
(Details A & B).

Components required:

248, 456, 665, 873, 1082, 1290, 1500, 1708, 1917,
2125, 2334, 2542, 2750, 2960 and 3168.
50mm long Shank Nails (244 required)
Fix shiplap to the roof assembly.
Firstly, ensure that the gazebo is plumb and level. Now
you can start to fix the roof boards by positioning the
longest board SHIPx3168 so that it has an overhang of
approximately 45mm from the roof support beam
86x43x3000.C. Equally space out the roof boards and
fix using 2x 50mm long nails per connection with the
purlin. Leave a 2mm gap between the boards as you
work your way up to the ridge of the roof.
Repeat this process on all 4 sides of the roof.
