Overview of the sausage stuffer
Assembling the sausage stuffer attachment
1.
Follow steps 1 and 2 of „Assembling
the mincer. "
2.
Place the sausage conveyor (5) in
front of the auger.
Using the sausage stuffer attachment
1.
Prepare the sausage stuffing.
2.
Soak the sausage skin in water for at
least 10 min. before use.

Place the desired sausage attachment
(6) in front of the sausage conveyor.

Follow steps 6 to 7 of „Assembling the
mincer".

Check that the mincer with the sau-
sage attachment is firmly mounted
on the motor head.
4.
Clamp the soaked sausage skin over
the sausage attachment.
