Bring the front housing close to
the splice protection sleeve.
The round mark on the ferrule
stub assembly must be aligned
with the round mark of the front
housing.

Align the rear housing tabs
with the front housing cutouts
and snap the 2 parts together.

Align the front and outer
corners of both housings and
snap the 2 parts together.

Cut off the excess rod portion of
the dust cap.
