When the wine bottle is empty, turn carefully the black plastic cap and slide the bottle

downwards It is likely to hear gas pressure which is the gas left on the empty bottle. To replace a

new bottle slide the bottle up on the tube as far as for it to touch the bottom. Close the bottle

using the plastic cap.

INNER CLEANING

It is recommended to clean the appliance when you change to a different wine. Fill in with tap

water an empty bottle and pour a glass of water so as there is not any wine residue. NEVER use

any kind of detergent, only water.

POSITIONING THE UNIT FOR AIR CIRCULATION

Your wine dispenser needs space around it to function properly. Ventilation on the back and on

the sides of the dispenser is very important it should never be covered up. The back side should

be placed 10 cm

from the wall as a minimum and the left side of the wine dispenser should

have enough space so as to change the argon gas cartridge.

The wine dispenser should be positioned on a flat even ground.

INSIDE LIGHT

The inside light enables to observe the wine bottles; it is a soft and cold light. Slightly press the

light sign button and the interior light will turn on, press again to turn it off.

For a better energetic efficiency keep the light off.

CLEANING AND MAINTIANANCE

To avoid electrical discharge always unplug the power source before cleaning the wine dispenser.

Do not use hard brushes, soap or detergent to clean the inside cabinet. Simply wipe it with a

damp piece of cloth and dry it with a dry towel.

DOOR JOINTS

Clean the door joints every three months. They must be kept in perfect conditions so as to assure

a perfect sealing.

DISPLACEMENT

When you move the dispenser, be sure to do it vertically, do not do it horizontally, damages may

occur.

The CAVANOVA WINE DISPENSER has been designed to be operated and set up easily.

This appliance is NOT to be used with SPARKLING WINES or CHAMPAGNES

RECYCLING

The empty cartridges can be safely disposed in a steel recycling spot. If there isn't any nearby

you, it is perfectly safe to dispose it in the regular trash.

THE GUARANTEE WON'T BE EFFECTIVE IF.....

-you use different cartridges from the ones supplied by the manufacturer

-any kind of alteration is done to the appliance

-It has been used for other matters different from dispensing and preserving wine.

SELF TROUBLE SHOOTING

Quite frequently, it is possible to resolve a problem with the wine dispenser

on your own. In the table below, there are some problems that

can be resolved in this way. If you do not manage to clear the problem

and the wine dispenser keeps showing the problems, it is recommended

to turn to our servicing department
