STEP 8 |
On the gas tank skid,
in front of the frame-side control arm
mount, there may be a lip that sticks out
from the tank. This will vary based on the
vehicle.
This will need to removed prior to
installation.
Mark a line similar to what is shown and
trim down the lip using the preferred
cutting tool. Use spray paint to cover any
exposed metal to prevent corrosion.
The goal is to remove the flared lip.
STEP 9 |
Drill the two mounting holes
out using a 25/64" drill bit.
