INSTALLATION

STEP

: Finger tighten each truss in place

with the 10mm nut on the bottom

side of the rail.

Note: We use 4 gutter mounts to rest

the rack on. This gets it off the floor

to install the trusses much more

easily.

STEP

: With your buddies help tip the rack

on its side and tighten up each truss.

Repeat this to the other side.

Note: Have some rags or something

to rest the rack on so it doesn't get

scratched up from the ground.

STEP

: With the rack on its side still...Its

a good time to install the gutter

mounts. Making sure they are angled

outward...Loosely tighten the hard-

ware in the 2 slotted holes as you will

need to center the rack when on the

vehicle. Repeat on other side.

STEP

: With your buddies help...One person

on the each side of the rack...hold it up

high and walk it forward from back to

front (this way the antenna doesn't get

in the way) and set it in place. Line up

the back of the rack with top seam as

seen in step 11.
