ADDING ANNEXE WALLS
1. Attach the windskirt to the bottom of the van using
the press studs.
2. Zip each end wall and the long front wall to the
roof. Then zip the walls together at the front
corners.
When zipping the end walls to the front wall at the
front corners, zip walls together for a distance of
approx. 200-300mm (8-12") and then reach inside
and adjust the legs up to approximately 1.8m (6').
3. Ensure the corners of the roof and wall canvas,
where zippers start, fit snugly over the end of the
outrigger bar.
4. Fit touch tape returns down the sail track on the
van wall and hook into the metal bracket beside
the arm attachment point. The touch tape faces
outwards and will match with the touch tape on
the walls and windskirt.
5. Touch tape the end walls ensuring that the very
top of the end wall is positioned at the bottom of
the container floor.
6. Adjust the leg height so that the canvas at the
bottom of the front wall is 75-100mm (3-4") off the
ground and peg down to give maximum tension on
the roof and walls.

DISMANTLING YOUR AWNING
1. Remove the roof rafters, zip up windows and
doors and remove pegs around annexe.
2. Remove touch tape returns from sail track and
detach windskirt. Lower legs fully down and zip off
front and end walls. Fold up and store.
3. Release blind rod from behind legs, one side at a
time. Fold up legs, lower outrigger to the ground
and clip the legs into the pole clips in the outrigger.
4. Depress spring button and slide pipe sleeve off the
arm hinge and push arms in towards each other.
Ensure the arm sleeve engages over the spring
button on the arm to prevent it sliding into the
hinge section and causing damage.
5. Release the brake on the roller, fit the winder
handle to the roller shaft at the front of the
container and winding in a clockwise direction
wind the roof canvas into the container.
Keep tension on the winder handle and tighten the
brake handle to prevent the possibility of the blind
unrolling while travelling.
6. Pick up the outrigger and guide up under the
container ensuring that the arms fold up smoothly.
Clip securely into place. You may need to apply
minimal pressure to the blind rod cover in order for
the buckles to meet snugly.
Always ensure that you check that the buckles
are secured tightly before travelling.
