5. Pizza Raclette

Ingredients:

•

Pizza dough, finished product or self-prepared

•

Chopped tomatoes

•

Topping as desired: [olives, ham, salami, Sun-dried tomatoes,

anchovies, mushrooms]

•

Dried oregano for sprinkling

•

Tomato Sauce

•

Cheese

Instructions:

For the pizza raclette, first take the dough out of the package and roll it

out. Cut the dough to the size of the mini pans. Place the dough in the

mini pans and press gently. Make sure to place a thin layer in the mini

pan. Leave a small edge of the dough free.

Next, top the pizzas as you wish and sprinkle them with Swedish raclette

cheese. Place the mini pans on top of the grill plate for five minutes so

that the yeast dough can rise. Once the five minutes have passed,

place the mini pans inside the cooking area for another five minutes or

until it suits your liking. Finally, sprinkle the finished pizzas with oregano as

desired.
