ASSEMBLY
STEP 5
Align damper (26) inside smoker
body (1). Secure with phillips
head screw (A) and lock nut (G).
*Do not fasten completely,

leaving hardware slightly loose in

order to adjust damper.
STEP 6
Mount body handle (3) to smoker
body (1) using phillips head
screw (A).
Repeat step on opposite side.

ASSEMBLY
STEP 7
Insert temperature gauge (5) through
slotted hole in smoker door (2). Secure
with ring (I).
Insert door handle (4) through smoker
door (2). Place flat washer (F), door
handle bushing (D), and door latch (E)
onto handle. Secure with lock nut (H) as
illustrated.

Slide cooking grates (25) onto rack
support (24) inside smoker body (1).
