POWER NAP

is the feature that provides you to select four different

naps to recharge your mind and body. The programs can increase your

alertness, concentration, creativity and productivity.

Just tap the icon

on top of the App

to select the

POWER NAP

program

Then press

START to

activate the

program

Tap the SOUND to

select the music or

sound you want to

play or none

Press STOP to end

the program

Tap the time section to

select 20, 30, 60, 90

minutes you want to

rest. Normally power

napping strongly

recommend 20 to 30

minutes
