Turn each of the cam locks
(#2) clockwise to lock them.

Step 3: Prepare the right side panel
Note: 1. Wooden dowels should fit snuggly and push in with your fingers. Do not use force
or a hammer as the wood may split.
2. Do not over-tighten the cam dowels.
