Wall Mounting Guidance
(2 people are needed for wall-mounting this product)
The hardware and wall plugs for wall-mounting the desk hutch are not
provided as the hardware used needs to be suitable for the walls in your
home. This desk hutch needs a strong and secure fixing so please source the
appropriate hardware that is suitable for weight bearing of 25kgs (minimum)
and seek professional advice if you are unsure.
The hardware (x4) needs to have a countersunk screwhead of 8-9mm
diameter so it fits snugly into the keyhole fixings used on the unit and be a
suitable length for weight bearing.
Check the screwhead is suitable before using it by inserting into the keyhole
fixing plate, slide up into the narrow part of the keyhole fixing plates and
check it doesn't pull out.
Positioning: Please position the desk hutch above the desk top so that your
child can reach the storage without climbing on the desk, table or chair.
Check the wall for pipes and cables.
Ensure that you have a spirit level, pencil, tape measure, drill and drill bits to
hand.
