Upper Drive Sprocket Adjustment:

1) If the sprocket selection needs to be changed, loosen the

bolt on the forward idler (21) and slide the idler to the bot-

tom of its track.

2) Remove the split plastic spacer (22).

3) Move the spacer to the other side of the sprocket pair,

sliding the sprocket pair (23) left or right to make room.

4) Lift the chain off of the sprocket formerly in use, and

move it to the sprocket to be used.

5) Slide the forward idler (21) up, allowing 1/4 inch slack in

the longest chain span and tighten the bolt.

Transmission Sprocket Adjustment:

1) Loosen the bolt on the forward idler (24) and slide the

idler to the bottom of its track.

2) Remove the lynch pins from both the driving (25), and

driven (26) shafts.

3) As needed, exchange the existing sprocket pair for the

new desired pair.

4) Slide the idler (24) up, allowing 1/4 inch slack in the lon-

gest chain span and tighten the bolt.

5) Store the removed and any loose sprockets on the spin-

dle shaft (27) and re-pin it.

Lower Range Sprocket Adjustment:

1) Loosen the bolt on the forward idler (28), and slide the

idler to the bottom of its track.

2) Remove the lynch pins from both the driving (29) and

driven (30) shafts.

3) Exchange the existing low range sprockets with the new

desired sprockets.

4) Once the sprockets are installed, slide the front idler (28)

up, allowing 1/4 inch slack in the longest chain span and

tighten the bolt.

5) Store the alternate sprockets and re-pin.

Note: Ensure that all ground drives are configured identi-

cally.
