Issues
Water dribbling from nozzle
Water does not turn on when I press the Water button on
the remote control
Water does not turn off when I press the Water button on
the Remote Control
Water does not turn on when I press the Timer button on
the Remote Control
Water does not turn on even though I pressed the Days
button during a timer the previous day
Nozzle or other hose attachment does not stay
connected to the hose
Remote Control buttons do not work
Accessories or nozzles are difficult to attach or remove

Possible Solutions
Hose Reel OR
Replace the Retract Button battery
•
This is normal to ensure the hose is not retracted with
•
full water pressure.
Ensure water is turned on at the faucet OR
•
Point the Remote toward the Hose Reel and have line
•
of sight to the Hose Reel OR
Replace the Water Valve batteries OR
•
Replace the Water Valve OR
•
Replace the Remote Control
•
Point the Remote toward the Hose Reel with line of
•
sight to the Hose Reel and press Water again OR
Replace the Water Valve batteries OR
•
Replace the Water Valve OR
•
Replace the Remote Control
•
Point the Remote toward the Hose Reel with line of
•
sight to the Hose Reel OR
Replace the Water Valve batteries OR
•
Replace the Water Valve OR
•
Replace the Remote Control
•
Point the Remote toward the Hose Reel and have line
•
of sight to the Hose Reel OR
Replace the Water Valve batteries OR
•
Replace the Water Valve OR
•
Replace the Remote Control
•
Ensure you are using a GSI-supplied attachment AND
•
Ensure the "quick-connect" collar snaps into place
•
Point the Remote toward the Hose Reel with line of
•
sight to the Hose Reel OR
Sync the Remote Control (See. Section 7) OR
•
Replace the Remote Control.
•
Ensure joints are clean AND
•
Apply silicone lubricant.
•
