Visionary Design
Designed to provide system flexibility and reliability,
the DriveRack™ 260 capitalizes on the road tested
and contractor approved nature of the DriveRack™
family of products. And like its predecessors, the
DriveRack™ 260 delivers the highest quality audio,
while providing all processing necessary between the
mixer and the power amps. From the Input Mixer and
EQ, to the Feedback Suppression and Delay, to the
Output Dynamics and Routing, everything is there to
meet your application's needs.
With the DriveRack™ 260, not only do you get the
processing tools, but also the control to effectively use
those tools. The Front Panel and PC GUI interface
allow intuitive editing of the processing functions and
easy manipulation of the system configuration, while
security passwords ensure that locked parameters
remain untouched. The optional Zone Controllers
provide programmable wall panel and contact closure
control creating simple yet elegant solutions for even
the most complex of application requirements.
Finally, the DriveRack 260 offers the knowledge and
experience of system designers and engineers to use
the tools and control. The setup Wizard allows quick
system setup; it preloads speaker tuning values, opti-
mizes gain structure based on speaker and amplifier
selection, and sets the output limiters based on
Amplifier settings. Equalization is quickly and easily
accomplished with the Auto-EQ function, which max-
imizes system frequency response based on factory or
user-defined
response
curves.
Our
Advanced
Feedback Suppression (AFS™) maintains sonic
integrity while maximizing gain before feedback.
From the patent-pending Advanced Feedback
Suppression (AFS™), to the purpose built Zone
Controllers, the DriveRack™ 260 and its accessories
were created to fit your application.
Example Applications
Mono Four-Way with Two Auxillary Zones
All parameters, functions, and utilities can be
accessed from both the Front Panel and the PC
GUI. Password Security can be used to lock
access to the parameters or functions. Programs
can be stored to the unit and to the computer for
instant recall, editing, or even off-line editing.
There are two Insert Positions in the Input
section that allow the following DSP modules:
