Cleaning and Maintenance
1. This model is intended for indoor use only at commercial food service establishments. It is
designed to provide precise temperature control of water for closed loop circulation. To extend
the life of this model, please clean every 20 uses, or 100 hours of use.
•Do not place the hot machine in cool water. Allow the machine to cool down to
room temperature before washing with cool water.
Cleaning
1. Fill the container to the "MAX" line with a solution of 75% water and 25% vinegar.
2. Turn on the machine and set the working temperature in 176°F (80°C) with a time of 3 hours
(03:00), and press Start. After 3 hours, the machine will beep, then turn off the machine and
unplug it to allow it to cool to room temperature.
3. Repeat this process with a container full of clean water to rinse
Storage
1. Store the model in an upright position after use to prevent water from leaking into the top portion.
2. If liquid gets into the top part of the model, turn the power off and dry with a clean towel before
use.
