This Walker is equipped with four standard legs and two
legs with wheels to allow the walker to be used as a
standard walker or rolling walker.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS
• Stand with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
• The walker hand grips should be at the height of your
wrists.
• The walker should be adjusted with push buttons and
holes on all four legs.
• Push the button with your thumb and adjust to the
correct hole height.
• Repeat this adjustment for all four walker legs making
sure that the walker is level.
• Make sure that each push button is locked in place after
the height is adjusted.
CAUTION
Be aware of the following:
• Electrical cords in the way
• Liquids on floor
• Throw rugs
• Toys or debris
• Furniture
• Doors and doorsteps
• Gaps in floor
WARNINGS
1. Wear shoes or slippers with rubber or other non-skid
soles.
2. Use Dynarex accessories only. Use of other
manufacturers' accessories can result in improper fit,
and risk fall and/or injury.
3. Do not use on stairs or escalators.
4. Check the tips and wheels of your walker daily and
replace them if they are worn.
5. Keep space between you and your walker, while keeping
your toes inside your walker. Stepping too close to the
front or tips or wheels may make you lose your balance.
WARNINGS
6. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 700 lb.
7. Do not use this walker in pools, showers, or other water
environments, as this could result in corrosion of parts,
damage to the walker, and possible injury to the user.
MAINTENANCE
Clean grips with mild soap or detergent. Never use
organic solvents that could dissolve the grips.
WALKING WITH THE
HEAVY-DUTY STEEL WALKER
THREE-POINT GAIT:
Step 1
Align the middle of your foot with the
back legs of the walker.
Step 2
Standard walker: Lift the walker up
and place it comfortably in front of you,
making sure all four legs end up on
the floor.
Wheeled walker: Push the walker
forward slowly and smoothly.
Step 3
Carefully, walk forward one step at
a time.
