IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be taken.

• Do not attempt to repair or adjust any of the electrical or mechanical functions.

Contact your activTek Distributor for service information.

• Do not use this fan with any Solid-State Speed Control.

• Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.

• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Do not allow children around the unit.

• Do not handle appliance with wet hands.

• Do not allow foreign objects to enter the ventilation openings.

• Keep hair, clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings.

• To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose to water or rain.

Before servicing or cleaning unit, switch power off

at service panel and lock the service disconnecting

means to prevent power from being switched on

accidentally. When the service disconnecting means

cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning

device, such as a tag, to the service panel.
