USING THE PULSE RATE MONITOR

(VIA PULSE ONLY)

In any pedometer mode:

1. Press the START key to acquire the PULSE-

2. Place your index ﬁnger on the Pulse Rate

READING MODE.

Sensor located top of the pedometer (Do not

press too hard). The Pulse Monitor will begin to

detect the pulse automatically.

NOTE: It may take few seconds to display the

current pulse rate (BPM= Beat per minute).
