Verify the NA762TB RAID Controller driver. Following step 1,

check to make sure the "Driver Installed" status for the NA762TB

is "Yes". If you are using OS X 10.9.x (Mavericks), the driver is

natively supported by the OS. If you are using OS X 10.8.x

(Mountain Lion) or earlier, you will need to download and install

the Thunderbolt Aware driver for the NA762TB's RAID controller.
