Problem

The Air Fryer does not work

The ingredients fried with the

Air Fryer are cooked as

required

The ingredients are fried

unevenly in the air fryer

Cannot slide the basket into

appliance properly

Smoke comes out from the

appliance

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible cause

The appliance is not plugged in

Timer is not properly set

The amount of ingredients in

the basket is too large.

Temperature setting too low

Certain types of ingredients

need to be shaken halfway

through the preparation time.

There are too many ingredients

in the basket.

You are preparing greasy

ingredients.

The plate still contains grease

residues form previous use.

Solution

Put the mains plug an earthed

wall socket.

Turn the timer knob to required

preparation time to switch on the

appliance

Put smaller batches of ingredients

in the basket smaller batch are

fried move evenly.

Set the temperature requirement.

Ingredients that lie on top of or

across each other (e.g.fries) need

to shaken halfway through the

preparation time.

Do not fill the basket beyond the

MAX indication.

When frying greasy ingredients in

the air fryer, a large amount of oil

will leak into the plate. The oil

produces while smoke and the

plate may heat up more then

usual. This does not affect the

appliance or the end result.

Smoke is caused by grease

That heats up in the plate. Make

sure you clean the plate properly

after each use.
