INSTRUCTIONS AND THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE FIRST USE AND PLEASE KEEP THEM.
WARNING: Failure to observe the following instructions may result in serious injury to the
user or damage to the device.
Use only high-quality and, if possible, pure butane gas for filling the gas soldering iron. For safety reasons, this is
not included in the scope of delivery of this set. After filling with gas, the tool is under pressure. Therefore, please
pay attention to careful use. The maximum ambient temperature for the gas soldering iron must not exceed 50°C
(120°F). Do not light or use the tool near flammable or explosive substances. Do not open the gas soldering iron
by force, damage it with foreign objects or modify it. In the event of a defect, please contact your dealer or the
manufacturer. Always keep the switched-on device away from your body and face.
Solders, fluxes and heated materials can develop harmful properties and should be exhausted in a controlled
manner. Do not breathe these toxic fumes or gases and provide adequate ventilation. Before putting down the
gas soldering iron and putting on the cap, the flame must be completely extinguished and the tip must have
cooled down.
Inform other persons in the working area that the temperature can be very high during operation. Switch off the
unit as soon as the work is finished to avoid danger.
Do not leave the unit unattended, keep the unit away from children.
Do not touch the metallic parts on the tip of the gas soldering iron during operation and immediately after
switching off, CAUTION! Danger of burns! Parts may only be changed after cooling down to room temperature.
Usage:
The gas soldering set can be used both as a mobile soldering iron,
open flame or hot air, for example, in jewelry making. It can also
be used for cutting, welding or shaping wax or plastics.

Filling
Before filling with butane gas, the gas soldering iron must have cooled
down to room temperature.
Set the gas volume setting to OFF.
Use only high-quality and, if possible, pure butane gas.
Turn the flask with the gas connection nozzle facing upwards
Place the butane gas nozzle with appropriate adapter on the gas
soldering iron and press the gas container against the piston.
Stop filling as soon as gas escapes from the nozzle.
End ignition process and operation:
Set the gas volume setting between 2 and 3.
Press the childproof lock button and also press the ignition switch. A
whistling sound indicates that gas is escaping.
For continuous use, simultaneously move the continuous flame slide
control to the right into the Conti mode, then release the ignition switch.
Then set the gas volume setting to the desired output
To end the gas supply, press the Extinguish flame key and slide the
continuous flame slide control to the left, contrary to the Conti mode
display on the unit. Only then does the gas discharge stop.
The soldering tip is changed when it has cooled down by unscrewing the tip and replacing it with the desired type. Without
the use of a soldering tip, only hot air escapes; without front soldering tip fixing, work can be carried out with an open flame.
