Fan Assembly

Step 1 – Remove the 4 cap screws from the face of the fan motor housing.

Step 2 – Take the rear fan grill and align the 4 screw holes accordingly with the handle

located on the back of the grill in the top position (as shown in the picture).

Step 3 – Insert the fan blade on to the shaft protruding from the fan motor and tighten the

setscrew firmly. Make sure the tip of the shaft is flush with the outside of the blade hozzle

before tightening.

Step 4 – Secure the front fan grill unit to the rear fan grill unit by hooking the fork piece at

the top in the center of the rear unit – align the two grills together and close the clasps

evenly over both grills, securing them together.
