Descriptions of LED indicators

LED Indicator
Charging the case: A red LED light will flash slowly to indicate the
case is charging, and turns off when fully charged.
Charging the earbuds: A green light will appear on each earbud
when charging, and turns off when earbuds are fully charged.
When the battery is low,the charging case will flash a green light.
Trouble shooting
1.No power/function
2.No sound
3.Earbuds can' t be charged
4.One of the earbuds can' t be
connected

Check if both earbuds and charging
case are fully charged.
Make sure it is connected with your
device correctly.If yes,triple click the
right earbud to increase the volume.
Clean the charging contacts of earbuds
and charging case.
Put both earbuds back in charging case
and close. Open the case after 10
seconds.
